Your Fitness Coach

My name is Zilan Master I have been involved in sports since childhood,

I have played a lot of football, and also practiced high level cricket, in addition I have been in the fitness world for 8 years with 5 years personal training experience 


I use a holistic approach in my guidance, because I believe that training, nutrition, mobility, lifestyle & stress management and mental health are factors that are inextricably linked.


My focus areas are on optimizing your technique and building strength and muscle mass, in addition I can also help you lose weight.

My goal is to teach you what to do in the gym to get results.
